User Research and Testing
Typically this will involve a detailed interview with you to understand
your business goals, research to understand your industry and what competitors
are doing, and one-on-one testing sessions with your actual customers
(or users that match your customer profile).
OIC will spend time with your customer to understand what they are looking
for on your website. How do they use it? What would they like to see?
What don’t they wish to see? How much confidence do they have in your
business based on the website?
Stakeholder Workshops
After researching and testing your users we will present the findings
to a selection of key stakeholders in your business for discussion. We
invite your colleagues to tell us what they would like to achieve with
the website, and encourage participants to adopt a user-centric approach
so that you are delivering what the customer wants (not what you think
the customer wants). Through a series of activities we help you to better
understand your customer, their needs and what your value proposition
as an organisation is.
Strategy Development
Based on the user-centric research gathered, and internal stakeholder
advice, we will help you put together a strategic plan to guide your online
business towards better meeting customer needs whilst achieving internal
efficiencies where possible.
