Protecting your Confidential Information

For many new clients, we offer the option to sign bilateral nondisclosure agreements before they become customers. All customers have bilateral NDAs as part of their standard service agreement.

However, our NDA is more than just a tick in the box.

Guarding our current and potential clients' hard earned intellectual property like it was our own is vital for us to continue to enjoy our trusted status in the Australian online industry.

We take all of our commitments seriously. Signing the agreement is the first step we take to reduce the chances of confidential information leakage of our customers.

We also implement the following policies and procedures to reduce the chance of information leakage.

  •  All of our employees have signed comprehensive confidentiality agreements.
  • All employees are regularly educated not to speak about who our clients are, and what they are doing, until their projects are in the public domain.
  • Where we use suppliers to deliver a service, our suppliers are covered by similar confidentiality agreements, and we use suppliers who we have regular and recurring relationships with us.
  • New customer applications are reviewed by at least two people, where a new customer might be in potential competition with an existing customer; these are declared as appropriate so that affected parties can make informed decisions.

Of course, many of our customers wish to leverage our publicity assets to help boost their product or site launch. Some do not, either because they are reselling our services, or for other good reasons. Either way, we will consult with you on the best course of action.

Which Confidentiality Agreement is the right one?

We have a standard bi-lateral confidentiality agreement which is part of every current customer contract.

On a case-by-case basis, if you have a standard NDA that has stood the test of multiple commercial interactions, we are happy to examine it to ensure we can fully comply.
