Technarketing is what we do

We made up this silly word (yes, really), but essentially what it means is that we balance strategic marketing objectives with the most suitable technology solution.

We've worked in marketing and IT departments for many years and understand the needs of both. We know many of the issues that are faced when making decisions that need to suit both operational and strategic goals, and are now putting our years of experience and qualifications towards helping our clients get the best result to suit their individual needs, budget and systems.

Success depends entirely on striking the right balance between your marketing objectives (after all, that's usually what your website is all about) and your strategic use of technology (because on the operational side, this can make or break your budget and sanity!).

Our team is split evenly down the middle. Half of our team are IT professionals and the other half are marketing professionals. When there's a debate to be had, we can even have it on your behalf!

We believe in continuous professional development of ourselves so that we can offer our clients leading-edge services.

What does this mean? It means that we are more than just fair-weathered friends.

Many IT providers tell you exactly what you want to hear, but when things don’t go as intended they run for the hills. We understand that things don’t always go to plan. We try to anticipate problems before they occur and highlight these risks to our clients in advance. We think that this not only saves our clients time, money and reputation but it also makes projects a more enjoyable experience throughout. Because we think that work should be enjoyable.

Sometimes this means that we put more time and effort into scoping a project up-front. We expect to work closely with our clients in the beginning to be sure we all understand the objectives and the scope of the project so there are not any nasty surprises for anyone.

In short, at the moment of truth, when you really need us to sort things out, we will be there working alongside you so that your business can run smoothly. You can trust us to care about your business as if it were our own.

We're always looking for answers

We have been working hard on our own experimentation and research. Apportioning 10% of our labour to process improvement each week, and 5% to pure research, we quickly and radically improved the value that we delivered to customers.

Word is spreading rapidly of our approach. We don’t look at the world through the eyes of a designer, a developer, an SEO gun or a marketing consultant. We are all of those things, because all of those things are needed to be successful.
