OIC Grant - Terms and Conditions
O'Kane Internet Consulting (OIC) offers a grant of services to selected online businesses at its own discretion.
Grants will only be awarded to clients who engage OIC to perform services.
The total value of the grant is up to $2000 and will be applied by OIC based upon the total quoted project size.
- Clients with billable projects over $4000 will receive an additional $2000 worth of services (limited to the first ten clients)
- Clients with billable projects over $3000 will receive an additional $1000 worth of services (limited to the first five clients)
- Clients with billable projects over $2000 will receive an additional $500 worth of services (limited to the first five clients)
Clients are required to sign the OIC Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement and Schedule of Services before the project commences.
Payment terms are 50% of the Schedule of Services upon signing, and 50% upon delivery.
Proejcts must commence by 30 September 2009.
